What is our solution?
By sourcing dogs on the euthanasia list due to aggression/behavioral issues, providing a minimum of four weeks of training and veterinary care, networking their adoptions, and finding new homes, we will be saving so many deserving dogs.
K9 University has 7 years of experience in the dog training industry. We are ready to use our experience to make an impact in our community now that we have an amazing facility to board and train these dogs that would otherwise be killed in a shelter.
With our current staff, we have the capacity to rescue 10 dogs per month saving between 60 to 120 dogs per year. With each new trainer an additional 2 to 4 dogs can be rescued every period. The goal is to operate at the capacity of trainers, saving and rehoming 215 dogs a year. Please help us make this dream a reality by donating and sharing our cause.
